As part of Native American Heritage month, the Los Angeles Clippers hosted a special night to Native Americans with "Native American Heritage Night" on the evening of November 7th, 2009 at the Staples Center, Downtown Los Angeles. Footage seen is the Pre-game Pow Wow style Plaza performance from various tribal members from North America showcasing their culture.

Being a California native it surprises me to see people dancing with shoes on. I think I can see one or two who don't. It is good to see a CA native in public and proud. O

As a member of the Cherokee Nation living in the state of Georgia, I am highly disappointed in the coverage for Native American Heritage Month. Nothing on TV, newspapers or radio. God forbid that happens during Black History Month in this area!
