I'm 56 years old and come from a family with a history of heart disease. My younger brother died at the age of 48 because of it. However because of my Transcendental Meditation my blood pressure remains normal in spite of my increasing age.

TM is a natural fit with all of Indian Country. Water the root of our lives and our culture with TM and enjoy the fruit! TM.org will help you find a teacher near you.

Why take powerful, toxic drugs when healing is available with a simple meditation technique? I notice that these Native Americans are continuing to practice their traditional drumming and chanting ceremonies. There is no conflict between the two.

Wonderful videos about the great results of Transcendental Meditation and the Native Americans. What I love about TM is that there is so much medical research on the technique. Thanks.

Transcendental Meditation is a very easy way to maintain good health, and even improve it. Which makes total sense since stress is at the base of many diseases. I for one find it a very enjoyable easy way to remain strong.

Everyone is missing the boat on this one, TM does not heal diabetes, people still must take their medication and with moderate exercise and watching their diet they can control the effects of diabetes on their own. TM is basically a Hindu belief, FYI

I have tried this meditation and it really helps to reduce stress. It takes your mind to a quiet place and brings a sense of peace and relaxation. I have been told that stress really is not good for diabetics so I think this will work.
