After watching "We Shall Remain" Monday evening I feel compelled to write again about the pending desecration of ancient American Indian graves in Perry Township, Lake County, Ohio. The County Engineer has proposed a high level bridge to be started on top of this burial site and is rapidly proceeding with his project. He is working on funding and going forward with the intent to desecrate the graves of at least 7 people who lived in an encampment on the Grand River in Lake County, Ohio.
I have read the documentation from an archeological study done in 1997 and it states that 7 bodies, including one baby were documented in this site. Since the area covers approximately 3 acres it is very likely that there are many more than 7 people buried in this wooded area that was once your land.
This bridge project was stopped in 1997 due to input from American Indians and you can help again. The Engineer feels that "the laws have changed" and he can go forward with this project entitled:

When is disturbing the dead and archaeological human remains different? Bones of our ancestors could be found, at least one university within each state - their Archaeological Department. A date needs to be defined, when the remains become science.
