Podcasting is a 100% opt-in way to receive audio (and video) content using a technology called RSS (Real Simple Syndication). You will need to have software that can receive RSS feeds (feed reader). Basically our RSS feed broadcasts a special link to the content out to anyone/everyone that has an RSS feed reader. A few options are listed below, but there are many available. Once you set up the software to "listen" to the specific feed, it will update automatically as new versions are added. You will be able to listen/watch the program either at your computer and/or on a portable device.
