No justice

Once again Leonard Peltier’s hopes of returning home to his family a free man were crushed. Parole denied.

After 33 years in prison, the FBI’s shady case against Peltier still stands, despite the FBI’s admitting of evidence tampering and coercing witnesses with intimidation.

There should be no debate about the fairness of the trial; it was a joke.

In an unrelated incident, four different men were cleared after years in prison; the FBI knew these men were innocent.

One of these men was featured on “60 Minutes” a few years ago. He spent almost 30 years in prison despite the top man, J. Edgar Hoover, knowing he was innocent. The segment was called “Joe Salvati – The FBI’s Dirty Little Secret.”

Does anyone see a pattern with these guys?

All Leonard Peltier wants and deserves is a fair trial – showing all the evidence – and an impartial judge.

So, until Leonard Peltier receives a truly fair judgment there will be no justice in this case.

The U.S. government needs to keep its nose out of human rights issues of other countries, they obviously have their own flawed justice system.

A truly fair trial? You must be joking. Peltier has been in court over 30 times and each and every appearance has resulted in the court deciding that he was fairly tried and fairly convicted. The evidence that has come out since his 1977 trial has only expanded, confirmed, and corroborated the orignal verdict. He is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and if you believe Peltier's own words, beyond any doubt.
