SARASOTA, Fla. – The Second Snnual Sarasota Indian Market will take place at the Art Center, 707 N. Tamiami Trail, in Sarasota, Dec. 4 – 6. Native American fine artists from all over North America will gather to present their work and share their culture for the weekend.

The artists, representing various tribes will include some of the finest painters, jewelers, beaders, flute makers, potters, sculptors and leather workers in the Native American art world.

Kansas Begaye from the Dineh (Navajo) Nation, an award-winning singer, will share her beautiful voice and culture throughout the weekend.

The market will open Friday evening for a preview from 5 – 9 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Tickets are $8.
