LOS ANGELES – Native Voices at the Autry – American’s leading Native American theater company – celebrates its 10th anniversary with the premiere of the fall Equity production of “Carbon Black” by Terry Gomez (Comanche), a suspense-filled psychological mystery.
Return to Events ListTrapped in a cramped apartment with an agoraphobic mother, a young boy claims he has witnessed a murder. His counselor, Lisa YellowTree, attempts to bring the boy and his mother out of the shadows. “Carbon Black” can be seen at the Autry National Center, 4700 Western Heritage Way, Los Angeles Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m. Nov. 7 – 22. The production is rated PG-13. Theater admission is $12 for Autry members and $20 for general admission; there is a group discount of 40 percent off.
