Qualifications: Attorney with a minimum of 5 years experience with knowledge of Indian Law. Must be eligible for or admitted to the practice of law in the State of Wisconsin and be a member in good standing of the Wisconsin State Bar. Must also be admitted to practice in federal court; practice experience in federal court will be preferred. Must be able to demonstrate superior written and oral communication skills. Must be able to work in a cross-cultural environment. Must become and maintain membership in the Ho-Chunk Nation Bar Association.
