BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – FireKeepers Casino in Battle Creek, Mich., owned by the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi, is pleased to announce that a $138,371 jackpot was awarded to a Coldwater resident.

Greg Woodward hit the $138,371 progressive jackpot while playing Crazy Four Poker. Woodward made a $1 side bet into the progressive jackpot, which is linked to three other carnival games including Caribbean Stud Poker, Let it Ride and Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em. A Straight Flush receives 10 percent of the progressive jackpot, while a Royal Flush is awarded the entire jackpot, which Woodward hit.

“Congratulations to Greg, his $138,371 win adds to a big week of winnings at FireKeepers Casino,” said R. Bruce McKee, FireKeepers Casino general manager.

The Coldwater resident plans to purchase a car with his recent winnings or put the money towards a new house.
