Collectors of American Indian jewelry, pottery and handcrafts have a new online shopping option at the Indian Arts Market.
Online visitors can browse merchandise by category, price range, artist or stone type. Each piece is accompanied by a comprehensive description and large, detailed photos.
Product categories include women’s earrings, necklaces and pendants; men’s rings, bracelets and bolos; and several types of pottery, such as Navajo-etched, Horse Hair and Acoma. The line-up of nearly 50 well-known American Indian artists includes Ruth Ann Begay, Alice Slagle, Tommy Singer and Randall Endito. There are two dozen types of prized stones available, including Sleeping Beauty and Number 8 Turquoise.
Indian Arts Market is a member of the Indian Arts and Crafts Association and requires all suppliers to comply with the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990, ensuring the authenticity of all products offered on the site.
The company is a division of Four Directions, Inc., which is wholly owned by the Oneida Indian Nation.
